Important – Box Opening Requirement:
- If the box has been opened:
You must record a full video of the unboxing process immediately upon receipt. This video should clearly show that the product is undamaged, complete, and in its original condition. - Video Submission Deadline:
The unboxing video must be sent to us within 4 days of receiving the product. - Non-Compliance:
If the required video is not provided within the specified timeframe, or if the video indicates that the product is damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
3. Returning the Product

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. - Return Shipping:
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. - Return Address:
